Why I Started My Agency at 14

Most people wait until they have the degree, the money, the connections — then they build. I did the opposite. At 14, I launched my own agency, picked up the phone, and started cold-calling businesses with no script, no experience, and nothing but belief.
I didn't wait until I had everything.
I started a marketing agency at 14 without knowing how to run one. Here's what I learned.
I realized while writing this that God has a plan. And he doesn't reveal it. He only shows the goal. Why? If he shows you failing 6 times, going bankrupt, getting sued 25 times and then becoming a millionaire, you wouldn't do it. Every single step is a part of the bigger plan. So stop doubting and start acting.
First Steps: Used my phone, used Google Sheets to make a lead list as my tracker, and just started manually searching Google Maps. I tried chiropractors, HVAC, roofing, flooring, remodeling, construction, gyms, spas, and currently, I'm focusing on home-service based businesses.
Cold Calling: I sucked at first. But after 20-30 calls a day, I started booking meetings. (i landed my first client after 30 days.) Keep improving and stay consistent. If you do 10000 calls in 1 day and 0 for the next week, it doesn't mean anything. Start with 10, then 20, then 30, and keep going.
Offer > Age: Businesses don’t care about your age — they care if you can solve their problems.
What I’d Tell Anyone: Start before you’re ready. Learn as you go. And most importantly, never wait to be “qualified.”
Good luck.
